Empowering Zambians in the New England Area
About the TiliPamodzi
TiliPamodzi means ‘We are together’ or ‘Togetherness’ in one of Zambia’s prestigious languages. The TiliPamodzi Dinner is an annual formal dinner, hosted by ZANE with the purpose of fund-raising for its nonprofit causes.
The main objective for this year’s dinner is to fundraise for ZANE’s newly adopted community school called Chimwemwe Trust School found in Lusaka, Zambia. This school was adopted through Communities Without Borders, a nonprofit & partner of ZANE.
Two other objectives for this dinner are to bring together ZANE’s partners & friends and of course the Zambian community in the diaspora, as well as showcase The Dorothy H. Harrison Passion and Persistence Scholarship Award – This scholarship opportunity has been founded and made possible by The Harrison Scholars.
