Job Description
The Regional Sales and Marketing Director is primarily responsible for all sales and marketing
activity for Zed Football Millionaire in their respective region, as well as contributing to the global
marketing effort of the company. The Director will work towards the achievement of customer
satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with the company’s vision
and values.

Job Description
The Medical Case Manager in the Center for Infectious Diseases is responsible for assessing the biopsychosocial needs of HIV-infected patients, including comprehensive insurance, risk assessment, medical, adherence, and treatment needs; developing service plans based on those identified needs; facilitating referrals and access to social service benefits, concrete services, and other providers; monitoring patient progress and advocating on behalf of patients when they are unable to do so for themselves; complying with all data entry, data integrity, and data tracking requirements for BMC and MDPH (or other funding agencies) contract monitoring reports.
Qualifications
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in social work, psychology, or related human services field.
LCSW, LICSW or LMHC as appropriate, preferred.
2-3 years of experience working with HIV+ clients and related issues, including co-occurring disorders.

Job Title: Health Educator/Case Manager
Department: LCHC Teen Coalition
Reports to: Director of LCHC Teen Coalition
Summary:
LCHC Teen Coalition will hire a part-time health educator/case manager to provide recruitment, facilitation, training, program delivery, and counseling to youth participants. Provide individual case management, counseling and support of participants and families. This position will have a focus on services to immigrant youth from the African communities; an understanding of African culture and heritage and health beliefs is highly preferred. This position also requires a background or knowledge of project coordination. This individual will work closely with the Program Director, Adolescent Health Program Coordinator and LCHC Teen Coalition staff. This position is grant funded and will only be available with the award of the grant funds.
RESPONSIBILITIES included the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain standards that ensure quality of care in the delivery of program services and compliance with state and federal guidelines.
