Job Description

The Regional Sales and Marketing Director is primarily responsible for all sales and marketing

activity for Zed Football Millionaire in their respective region, as well as contributing to the global

marketing effort of the company. The Director will work towards the achievement of customer

satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with the company’s vision

and values.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business growth potential and then develop and execute strategies to drive

membership, corporate sponsorship of competitions, and advertising revenue.

• Develop, maintain and improve relations with all members/customers affiliated with Zed

Football Millionaire in their respective region, which includes answering questions,

explain information about the competitions, assist members participate and address

complaints

• Contribute content and interact with Zed Football Millionaire members on social

networking platforms like Facebook.

• Produce and host events on behalf of Zed Football Millionaire or affiliated sponsors that

include, but not limited to, live football viewing parties and sporting events for Zed

Football Millionaire members in the region.

• Must be a sports fan with an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating the ability to manage

their regions like their own business.

Work Conditions

• Position is part time and flexible. Successful candidate will work independently and have

tremendous flexibility. Therefore they will establish their own work hours and sales

activity within the parameters established by Zed Football Millionaire.

as sales revenue, activity, market size, region.

Job Description

The Medical Case Manager in the Center for Infectious Diseases is responsible for assessing the biopsychosocial needs of HIV-infected patients, including comprehensive insurance, risk assessment, medical, adherence, and treatment needs; developing service plans based on those identified needs; facilitating referrals and access to social service benefits, concrete services, and other providers; monitoring patient progress and advocating on behalf of patients when they are unable to do so for themselves; complying with all data entry, data integrity, and data tracking requirements for BMC and MDPH (or other funding agencies) contract monitoring reports.

Qualifications

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in social work, psychology, or related human services field.

LCSW, LICSW or LMHC as appropriate, preferred.

2-3 years of experience working with HIV+ clients and related issues, including co-occurring disorders.

Job Description

Job Title: Health Educator/Case Manager
Department: LCHC Teen Coalition

Reports to: Director of LCHC Teen Coalition

Summary:

LCHC Teen Coalition will hire a part-time health educator/case manager to provide recruitment, facilitation, training, program delivery, and counseling to youth participants. Provide individual case management, counseling and support of participants and families. This position will have a focus on services to immigrant youth from the African communities; an understanding of African culture and heritage and health beliefs is highly preferred. This position also requires a background or knowledge of project coordination. This individual will work closely with the Program Director, Adolescent Health Program Coordinator and LCHC Teen Coalition staff. This position is grant funded and will only be available with the award of the grant funds.

RESPONSIBILITIES included the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Serve as the primary Health Educator/Case Manager for the LCHC Teen Coalition teen pregnancy prevention programming including recruitment, facilitation, training, program delivery, and counseling youth.
• Foster the development of at-risk youth from the ages of 13-18 from African backgrounds.  Assist young people referred to the program.
• Assist with coordination of meetings, set agendas, mentor peer leaders to engage in meeting facilitation, coordinate follow-up.
• Attend all appropriate trainings and weekly program meetings.
• Assist program members with health care, testing and treatment referrals and educate members on these processes.
• Support participants to develop skills and knowledge necessary for positive decision-making and supportive of themselves and others.
• Provide individual case management, counseling and support of participants with support from Clinical Supervisor.
• Assist with required data collection and evaluation reporting as directed.
• Collect input from parents, teens, community residents assuring target population representation in program decision-making processes and direction of outreach and education.
• Serve as a liaison between the program and service providers.
• Provide evaluation support to the Project Director
• Reports to LCHC Teen Coalition Director

Maintain standards that ensure quality of care in the delivery of program services and compliance with state and federal guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The individual must possess

• Community organizing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of prevention work, particularly sexuality education prevention.
• Bilingual in an African language and English preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum two years experience in an adolescent service setting or health related position.
• Demonstrated experience working with diverse cultures.
• Understanding of some African health beliefs.

SALARY & HOURS:

Subject to LCHC’s discretion; 25 hrs/wk.(with opportunity for increase in hours) Flexible nights and weekends.
