The Zambian Association of New England has partnered with Chimwemwe Trust School and Communities Without Borders to provide much needed resources for the school and opportunities to begin generating income on the ground through business & educational initiatives to move towards sustainable growth of the school.

We ask for your help in:

• Feeding students one meal a day to support learning and attendance
• Hiring 4 new teachers in 2012
• Increasing teacher salaries to the standard $50 a month
• Child Sponsorship e.g. supplying of hearing aids for deaf children
• Helping mothers and caretakers to begin small businesses to support healthy homes and school tuition
• Initiate a business loan to the Chimwemwe School to help begin generating income over the long term for self-supporting growth
